Pantry Meals - Week 3 Oatmeal Breakfast Sausage
Oatmeal ‘Breakfast Sausage’
1 C. Oatmeal
2 eggs equivalent
1 ½ t. Sage & Fennel
1 t. Salt
½ t. Rosemary, Parsley, Dill, Thyme, Paprika
1 T. Maple Syrup
2 C. Beef or Vegetable Broth
Mix all ingredients except the vegetable stock and form into four patties. Oil a non-stick skillet or use non-stick cooking spray and brown the patties over medium heat.
Add enough vegetable stock to cover the patties and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
