Pantry Meals - Week 8 Potato Soup


Potato Soup

2 cups instant potato flakes 1 3/4 cup powdered milk 1 cup dried potato dices 1 cup dried sweet corn 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 2 tsp. onion flakes 1 tsp. parsley flakes 2 T beef bouillon 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. thyme

Directions Bring 10 cups of water just to a boil. Turn off heat and add all ingredients. Cover and let simmer for 5 minutes.
